Best Friend Forever 

When I tried to make my own decisions, 

My mother told me I still don't have a vision.

She didn't let me utter a word, 

And told me I was still not ready to face the world.

Then I realized I am me,

What no one else could ever see?

I promised myself to get me the main attention,

But I was scared if my mother caught me, she will definitely give me detention.

One day on the kitchen table I sat,  

And wondered of this and that,

Just then my mother came inside,

And sat by my side.

She said I know I am a villain for you,

But that is not even one percent true.

I want to be your friend,

So, that I can guide you till the end.

On this I was quite shaken,

For friendship my hand was automatically taken.

She said she will keep us together forever, 

I said I'll never break our bond, ever 

And this is how I found a best friend forever.
