MY DEEP AFFECTION FOR MOTORBIKES
My first bike was my grandfather's rusty old Hero Honda Joy. I had just turned 18 when he handed me the keys to his bike which he had bought in 2001. We turned the key, gave it a few kicks and finally, the engine started. To my great disappointment, it turned off again.
In a world where your body type and skin colour introduce you even before you yourself vocalize, for me, it's quite frankly impossible to understand what will suit my thick thighs and intense bronze skin.
Being a teenager is certainly not a piece of cake. It's the time of your life when you aren't sure if you are supposed to sit with the kids or the adults at a family gathering.
This is a classic case of misunderstood generational differences. My grandparents being Baby Boomers, my parents being Millennials and my sibling and I being a part of the generation have wildly different approaches towards life, work and just about everything else. Our generations have been shaped by varied historical events and so our tragedies and our way of dealing with grief subsequently vary by a wide scale.
GOLDEN PRIVILEGES OF A TEENAGER
Teenage is a transitional stage in one's life. When a teenager becomes an adult, his responsibilities increase, not only for himself but also in terms of his role as a citizen of the country. Our government provides every person with some rights, as a citizen of India. This includes our voter ID card, driving licence and PAN.
