“Culture of excellence can be created if all the children and teachers are co-existing. We put in a lot of efforts academically and imbibe a lot of values. Teachers not only reward their big achievements in class, we always make sure that we acknowledge every step of their journey. I feel lucky to work in a school, where excellence is not an act but a habit for everyone. Students engage in additional research to support what they have learned in class. After the last few years of upheaval in education, it looks as though the dust is settling. In this period of relative calm, we see teachers and school leaders focusing not on data, but on ensuring that all children leave school with an excellent education and a lifelong love for learning.
Meenu Huria, Director LWES
Academic excellence is a combination of formal and informal education which is not confined to four walls of a classroom. We have come a long way from a traditional schooling where education was only about books and teaching subjects. We have come a long way from a traditional schooling where education was only about books and teaching subjects. Bringing educational practices over the globe to Cambridge Schools, through exchange programmes, has helped even to break the walls of subjects as LWES becomes the pioneer to bring CIE and IB curricula which comprise of transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach. Through the lens of inquiry, learning turns into action and hence makes the students responsible for their own learning.Cambridge believes in creating lifelong learners by providing opportunities to students for them to apply their knowledge in real life situations. Teachers, who are constantly groomed to the next level of professional development, also make sure that besides academic excellence, students develop an attitude of social responsibility and an understanding of cultural and intellectual differences. I am blessed to be a part of LWES which has been awarded Humane Organization that values its every member, gives ample opportunities of growth and if you are the courageous one to accept the challenges, Sky is the limit.
Rushie Singh, Parent
It has been 2 years since Nyrah has been attending CISFG. Nyrah always comes home happy and nothing can give a parent greater satisfaction than that. Cambridge has become her second home and she looking forward to going to school each morning. All thanks to the wonderful, warm team of CISFG which has undoubtedly put their heart and soul into making learning enjoyable for students.
I would like to thank the Headmistress Ms Tanu Oberoi, who has a friendly and approachable nature, and her warm smile sparkles the day of children and parents. It's truly admirable how she knows the capabilities of each child so well. Also, I couldn't have asked for a better class teacher for Nyrah. Yashika Ma’am is doing such a commendable job at creating a fervent classroom environment for the girls. I would also like to make a special mention here for the extremely hard-working Ms Hemaji, who is outstanding at her job and is always upbeat, alert and smiling. All in all, I can say with utmost confidence that Nyrah is being nurtured in just the perfect hands and I look forward to a very enriching and progressive journey at CISFG.
“Choosing a school is an important decision for parents. The day we chose Cambridge for our daughter in 2008, we faced a lot of second opinions, as it was still an upcoming school. Today, we are very happy with our decision. Cambridge has made our daughter confident, independent, spontaneous, and an academic achiever and much more than words can ever express. Now we are confident enough that my daughter will excel on her path.”- Harpreet Singh Arora & Gurpreet Kaur

We create awareness about the cultural differences and social issues among students. Cambridge International School organises community projects to instil in students a sense of social responsibility from an early age. For example, a field trip to the old age homes gave the children a chance to interact with a different age group of the society.

Teachers create a positive and nurturing environment for the students. I love all the teachers who have taught me for the past 15 years but I would like to acknowledge Rohini Mam. She has been a supportive mentor for me whenever I needed her. I am lucky to be a part of the Cambridge family.
Sana, Grade 5
Whenever I come to the class, I feel very happy. My teacher is very intelligent - all the topics she teaches us are clear, she encourages us to be curious and ask questions, making sure that we understand her subject well. My teacher appreciates my small achievements.
Kashish Seth, 12B
I am a Commerce student and I had joined Cambridge school last year only. Cambridge has given me a lot of opportunities. I dream and aspire to become an entrepreneur. My teachers have been very supportive. I just love the atmosphere here. My teachers keep encouraging me to pursue my dream.
Lavanya Jain, 12 B
This school has been a blessing for me. When I joined this school in a Grade 2, I was a shy child who could not talk to people and was not brave enough to speak in front of the teachers, or make friends easily. Today, I am confident enough to stand here and share my views. This school has taught me how to live with different people, work with them and learn from them. I can proudly say that I have been Punjab State Champion for consecutive three years in Chess Championship because of the training the school has been giving in my entire journey.
Tanu Oberoi,
Parent
As parents we all have dreams about our child’s success. I was always a helicopter parent and never realised that my child could ever achieve anything without my support. I needed to believe in my son whose success was not an overnight achievement. Cambridge gave me the trust and encouragement and did not pressurize him to achieve extraordinary grades and rather appreciated his everyday efforts. He was never a bookworm and wanted to build a future in India. Cracking one of the hardest entrance exams of India, JEE MAINS and scoring 97.56 percentile became simpler for him when he did not limit his independence, but instead believed in himself and did not confine himself to a small room. It is the school’s vision and the support and trust of Deepa ma’am, who turned this naughty boy into a passionate aspirant.
Deepti Arora,
Dean of Academics
Our educational system is based on an idea of understanding the wider world around us and every person’s place in it. We encourage children to develop knowledge about world events, challenge ignorance and voice their opinions to gain a power to act and influence the world around them. It gives them confidence so that they can easily adapt to the fast-growing world around them and can make a positive difference by making a fairer, safer and secure world for everyone.
