In this fast developing world we can see change in almost all spheres.  Education is a field where changes are a little slow but noticeable. Every student learns at a different pace and through a different way. There is a need to know our students personally to make them truly engage in learning. At Higher secondary level, we as teachers have to help students in making career choices. We are providing individual career counselling for our students and regularly conducting aptitude tests and using assessments to help students to identify their talents, area of interests and life skills There comes the need of personalized education – creating teaching plans tailored according to the requirement of a child with a consideration of one's strength and passion.

At Cambridge International School we focus on holistic development of our students. Community projects such as Tree Plantation, Strike for Green, Goonj etc help them to be productive citizens who give back to their community. Vocational courses aim for the same. According to the National Science Foundation, 80 per cent of the jobs created in the next decade will require more of math and science skills. STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) is given critical importance, as per the study of National Science Foundation. 80 per cent of the jobs created in the next decade will require more of math, science and cognitive skills. Cambridge classrooms are equipped with latest available tools like Padlet, Quizlet, Quizziz and many more integrating with Google Classrooms. Using these platforms, students are able to enhance their collaborative and critical skills. This approach helps students to empower not only interpersonal skills but also digital literacy which will enable them to use web critically. Features of Google classrooms allow teachers to make personalized teaching practices since they can send resources to group or individuals through an interactive platform. Students have a 24x7 easy access to all classroom resources and study materials and can communicate on an individual level with a teacher for the further explanations if required. Flexibility and self-paced teaching-learning process is easily adjusted to the learner's profile and as a result,  it becomes more enjoyable for all.

We train our students to have ability and willingness to deal with controversy, paradox, complex situations; perceiving things in a new light and work across disciplines. Our motto 'Dream, Dare and Do' is a driving force for our girls. Utmost importance is given to stimulate imagination, creativity and inventiveness that results in realizing ingenuity which is already there.

Students are working in collaboration with teaching faculty and setting short term and long term personalized goals to enhance their learning. Personalized approach in Cambridge International School involves practicing through project-based learning in a small group of students, independent work on some tasks and one-on-one session with teacher.
